At Letsure Lettings Agents in Clifton we know that unless we attract the right properties, we have nothing to offer potential tenants. So our business model in terms of our location, style and offer to the landlords allows us to gain instructions for some of the best properties in the area. To assist you in your property search we offer viewings six days a week and offer evening viewings. Our referencing procedure is fair and we aim to be able to move people within days if required. All of our properties will have been cleaned and safety checked prior to move in and all documentation is available to view including energy performance certificates.
Although we don’t manage every property we let we are always available to assist with any issues both before, and during your tenancy in the event that the property owner can not be contacted. Should we have a number of properties available that you might be interested in we are always happy to book out time for multiple viewings and collect you from the station if you are travelling to the city by public transport.
